first off honey, why is your hair falling out ?? i think you may need to find this out first, before coloring............do you color yourself ??? there is a natural hair coloring product that is very mild,Ive use this product myself many times...its called naturtint..you can buy it from vitacost for around ten dollars...its ammonia free, and contains no resorcinol..it has vegetable ingredients...they have a color called mahogany chestnut, that may interest you....please don't use anything that's permanent,it Will be to harsh..and once again,,,first find out why your hair is coming out,do you take viviscal....it may help your hair loss.

Viviscal, its kinda expensive but it works. I would hold off on the coloring till you get this hair loss under control, so you dont lose all of your hair

YEP....i hear ya -about the expensive stuff,I'm always looking for good quality products at the lowest possible prices..but i will think your question over about hair care products, ill get back to ya...for now make sure you take a multi vitamin,i think especially with your stress its so important, even people without stress would notice a difference in their hair and nails, your hair will be healther and it will grow faster..I SWEAR IT ! vitamins will differently help, but you have to give it time...

do you recommend a vitamin? which one can i get? i have to use hair gel with no alchohol to keep the hair down if i don't the hair stands up, can you recommend a hair gel that keeps the hair down and shiny but won't affect my hair, do viviscal do one? also my mother tells me to cut my hair real short and let it grow fresh while treating it will that help, my hair is up to my shoulder but very thin

With your hair falling out try hair skin and nail they work wonders for your hair and as for coloring it. Sure a semi or demi permenent color. Their much less damaging.

Use argan oil to take care of your hair issue. Argan oil is excellent for controlling hair loss as it strengthens hair and gives shine. You should also use it once you have dyed your hair as argan oil contains vitamins and nutrients that help to preserve color. Try Pro Naturals Moroccan Argan oil, it has no sulfates or parabens and smells very subtle. It's not greasy at all.

You need Biotin! Biotin can promote faster hair growth. It is recommended on your daily diet to ensure healthy hair and prevent hair-fall. Go for Hercules Biotin. - http://www.herculesvitamins.com/product_template.php?page=biotin

I am agree with other commenter s. first of all try to find out the reason of hair fall, sort it out and then go for the colouring or style option.

Hair coloring can cause the hair loss. Applying chemical treatments on your hair is very bad for your hair structure. It is like you are altering the natural structure of your hair, and it will lead to hair fall. I have experienced the same.

That's very nice of you to talk about this. Not many bloggers try to discuss about this, simply because they consider it too personal or want to keep their opinion for themselves only

The color we use in my salon contains conditioners, they are less damaging then store bought. The easiest way to say it is when you sit down in our chair we can look at your hair see what colors are there and what we need to mix to ge your where you want to be.

Think of a coloring as of an inevitable damage to your hair. But you can think of some natural coloring. Probably it would be less damaging.
